ARC – Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) serves as a vital regulatory body within our Homeowners Association, tasked with preserving the aesthetic integrity and economic value of our community. Composed of designated volunteer residents, the committee is responsible for reviewing all member applications for architectural, structural and landscape modifications. To ensure compliance, homeowners must submit detailed plans for any alterations. The ARC evaluates each submission against the criteria set forth in the community's governing documents and design guidelines. Through this objective review process, the committee maintains homeowner’s ocean views with a cohesive neighborhood appearance, prevents non-compliant installations, and protects the collective property investments of all homeowners.
